Accessibility
Updated September 26, 2026. This page explains ways to work with the lot-record tools and describes limitations in our current testing. It does not claim complete accessibility conformance.
Read the record without the relationship map
The evidence workspace has six labeled reference fields. Below the diagram, a text list repeats each complete entry with either “Entered / not verified” or “Missing reference.” The diagram shortens long entries; the text list retains them. Color and connecting lines are not needed to identify missing records. A populated field does not establish an authentic document or a verified chain of custody.
Use the quantity result as text
The quantity reconciliation tool states the unaccounted quantity and describes whether the entries balance, exceed the starting amount or leave a difference. The bars are a visual comparison of starting and accounted amounts. Keep every line on the same unit basis; the tool does not convert units. An arithmetic balance is not evidence of species, origin, legality or certification.
Keyboard and enlarged text
Use the “Skip to content” link to pass the navigation, then Tab through the labeled fields, links and buttons. Enter or Space activates buttons; Space changes the review checkbox when it is focused. “Add movement” creates another reconciliation line, and each “Remove line” button identifies its line number. Browser zoom can enlarge the text. Please report controls or record values that become clipped at your reading size.
Keep the record outside this page
“Export worksheet” saves a JSON text file containing the entered references or quantity records. “Print / save PDF” opens the browser’s print controls; available destinations depend on your device. Inputs are temporary and clear on reload. Export before leaving, and keep the original documents in your organization’s own archive. This website neither uploads those documents nor reopens saved worksheet files.
Review notes and limits
The workspace review checkbox records your own review, not an independent finding. Changing a reference clears that checkbox so the revised record needs another review. Guide checklists likewise record user actions rather than verifying claims. Reduced-motion styles are included, but we have not completed testing across all assistive technologies and device settings.
Report an access barrier
Email help@ipewoods.com or call (833) 451-2406. Include the page address, the task and the part of the record you could not read or operate. Share browser or assistive-technology details if useful. Tell us whether a plain-text explanation or another format would help. Please omit private lot records, personal data and passwords. We do not promise an audited certification or a fixed response time.
